Envirolet® Guarantee Policy Up To 30 Days Report Any Shipping Damage Within 24 Hours of Delivery Your assistance is required to help us reduce shipping costs to all customers. It is important that you insect your Envirolet® toilet system upon delivery for any shipping damage and notify Sancor™ within 24 hours of delivery of any such shipping damage, otherwise you may be held responsible for any shipping damages. Some shipping carriers refuse responsibility or liability for shipping damages after 24 hours of delivery. Sancor™ shall not be responsible for Envirolet® shipping damages, if not advised within 24 hours of delivery. Up to 30 Days Replacement & Returns Your Envirolet® toilet system(s) (“Envirolet”) is built with quality component parts. Upon delivery, if you are not completely satisfied, then you can, within 30 days , either return your Envirolet® to Sancor™ for a new system replacement at no additional charge , or you can receive a refund of your purchase price based on the following terms and conditions: Within 30 days of delivery of your Envirolet® toilet system(s) (“Envirolet”), provided your Envirolet® has not been installed or used, and if you are not completely satisfied with the quality, then you can return your Envirolet® for a “new” Envirolet® replacement at no additional charge. Within 5 days of delivery of your Envirolet®, provided your Envirolet® has not been installed or used, then you can return your Envirolet® for a refund of your purchase price less all “to and from” shipping costs plus a 7% restocking charge. After 5 days and within 30 days from date of delivery, then you can return your Envirolet®, provided your Envirolet® has not been installed or used, for a refund of your purchase price less a 25% restocking fee plus all “to and from” shipping and handling charges. No replacement(s) and/or no return(s) of Envirolet® will be accepted or refund(s) provided after 30 days from date of delivery. Customer must call Sancor™ for a return authorization number (RAN) prior to any Envirolet® return(s). No cancellation(s) or return(s) shall be accepted and/or refund(s) provided for any Envirolet ordered or purchased under any of the following conditions: special sale, custom order, installment payment plan, customer requested “hold for pick-up” or customer deferred delivery date, purchase order, unauthorized return(s) (no RAN) and/or if Envirolet® has been installed and/or used. Up to 3 Days No Charge Order Cancellation Within 3 days from time of order, any Envirolet® order may be cancelled for any reason without any cancellation charge. After 3 days and prior to shipping of your Envirolet®, a 5% cancellation charge shall be applicable. Any Envirolet® order, cancelled after shipping (while in transit to customer) shall be subject to a 7% cancellation and restocking fee plus all “to and from” delivery charges. Your Envirolet® must be returned in original condition and carton(s) (otherwise charges apply) for inspection and approval to our designated warehouse only. No return or refund will be accepted for return of any part(s) after 5 days of delivery and a 15% restocking charge will apply on all part(s) returned within 5 days of delivery.
